Yes! Credit card transactions will be acquired for the Provider via approved payment gateways. Our payment gateways use the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), and no credit card details are stored on the website.
Orders will be dispatched once payment has been received in full.
We attempt to ensure every order is dispatched as quickly as possible, however, some of our products are “Made to Order” and will come with longer lead times than others.
Standard delivery takes 5 – 10 working days, depending on your delivery area code and availability.
“Made to Order” product delivery takes approximately 7 – 14 working days, depending on your delivery area code and availability.
Shipping costs are calculated by area of delivery – with standard delivery costs to Gauteng, Cape Town, and Durban for example. Extreme outlying areas might incur additional costs. Shipping on custom orders will be calculated and added to the total order cost
Orders under are subject to Standard Shipping Fees.
Collection from our premises in Kya Sand will be ready to collect within 2 to 4 working days from payment received.

While we will endeavor to get your parcel to you safely, METTA DEZIGNS will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred due to the incorrect delivery address or absence of the recipient.
We do keep records of your NAME/ADDRESS on previous orders.
We’ll e-mail you whenever the status of your order changes.
When your order is dispatched with our courier, you will be sent an e-mail to confirm that it’s on its way to you. Included in this email is your tracking number and details of how to track your order on their website depending on which courier company has been used.
Check that the card number, card name, and expiry date are entered exactly as they appear on the front of your card. Check that your 3-digit CVC number on the back of the card is also entered correctly. If you are still having problems please Contact Us.
