Shipping Policy
Orders will be dispatched once payment has been received in full.
Shipping costs are calculated by area of delivery – with standard delivery costs to Gauteng, or Cape Town for example. Extreme outlying areas might incur additional costs. Shipping on custom orders will be calculated and added to the total order cost.
Products are shipped via a reputable courier company during office hours to your work or home address. Once your parcel has been collected by the courier company a tracking number will be made available and delivery can be expected within 2-5 working days from the date of collection (depending on where you live). Delivery will only be during office hours (08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday) and not during weekends or public holidays.

While we will endeavor to get your parcel to you safely, Metta Dezigns will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred due to the incorrect delivery address or absence of the recipient.
Delivery Costs
Standard delivery is charged based on the item’s size, this can range between R160 to R300. Currently, the shipping rates for Gauteng per item are:
- Small package 35cmx 20cmx 20cm, 3 kg
- Medium package 53cm x 35cm x 14cm, 5kg
- Medium to Large package 80cm x 80cm x 25cm, 6kg
- Large package 150cm x 600cm x 550cm , 6kg
- Xtra Large 200cm v 100cm x 75cm, 10kg
- Note, that this can even exceed the prices we have above, and I advise you to get in contact with us to provide you with the most accurate shipping cost.
